Economy Downlight Covers stop the spread of fire through a downlight into a room above. Suitable for domestic use.
Economy Downlight Covers are used to maintain the integrity of fire rated and acoustic rated ceilings where downlights are installed. The cover is made from fire rated material which, in the event of a fire, seals the downlight and cut-out from fire from the room below. Tests have shown that without a downlight cover in place, fire and smoke would penetrate through the recessed light fitting in seconds, spreading into the room or void above, endangering both lives and property. Economy downlight covers will provide up to 60 minutes protection, by completely containing the fire and smoke within the cover. Heat transferring materials allows the heat from the lamp to dissipate reducing early failure of lamps and light fitting or cable overheating risk.

Returns & Refunds, if the items are no longer required you can return them within a 28 day period from order, the return items will be paid for by the customer & a 15% re-stocking fee will apply, all items must be returned in good order.
When the items have been received in good condition a refund will be issued minus the 15% re-stocking fee.
