PU28 Fire Barrier is a 30 minute fire barrier, suitable for all building regulations.
PU28 30 Minute Fire Barrier can be used in most applications ranging from large building developments, timber framed constructions and scaffolding stairwells, to smaller applications from ceilings, floors, walls etc anywhere building regulations state that a 30 minute fire barrier is required.
Please note: This product is designed to contain the passage of smoke and flames. It will not insulate against the heat of a fire. If forming a cavity barrier or forming a fire barrier, please ensure that the product you use has the required insulation value. 25g/m2 of aluminium pigmented PU coated on each side
This cloth satisfies the requirements of clause 5 of BS 476: part 22 with a 30 minute fire rating, at which point the test was discontinued.
The PU coating is also an economical finish which stabilises the glass fibres, allowing for easier cutting/tailoring etc.
(please note this material is not suitable where insulation is a requirement)

Returns & Refunds, if the items are no longer required you can return them within a 28 day period from order, the return items will be paid for by the customer & a 15% re-stocking fee will apply, all items must be returned in good order.
